Otto Rosenau & Associates, Inc. (ORA) is a full service geotechnical engineering and construction inspection/materials testing firm in Seattle. The company was first established in 1954 as Herman Adalist & Associates, Inc. and in 1973, the corporate name was changed to Otto Rosenau & Associates, Inc. Since then, the Rosenau family has led the company to become one of the top testing and inspection agencies in the Greater Puget Sound region.

As an independent approved agency, we provide objective and competent assessment for numerous projects ranging in size and scope from roadways and bridges to custom residential homes and large complex commercial structures. We constantly work with developers, municipalities, public and private entities, homeowners, non-profit organizations, and etc. to help assure conformance to specifications, building codes, and standards.

While we generally focus on projects in the Greater Puget Sound region, we have provided quality assurance and quality control services for specialty projects in Oregon, Canada, Alaska, South Korea, and Japan.
