Title: SPECIAL Inspector                                                  Location: Seattle/ Greater Puget Sound      

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time                            Base Pay: DOE

Description: Inspect contractor’s work and performing/observing tests on various construction materials or elements for conformance with the building department approved (stamped) drawings, specifications, and applicable provisions of the code. Job locations(s) are in the Greater Puget Sound Region.

Requirements: MUST be certified in at least one WABO, ACI, or AWS special inspection category. Nuclear Gauge training certificate or other inspection certificates (ICC, NICET, etc.) a plus. Candidate should have reliable vehicle, good communication skills (verbal and written), and positive attitude.
