Title: Certified SENIOR Special Inspector                                                                     Location: Seattle/ Greater Puget Sound

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time                                                                                 Base Pay: DOE

Description: Inspect contractor’s work and perform or observe tests on construction materials or elements for conformance with the building department approved (stamped) drawings, specifications, and applicable provisions of the code.

Requirements: Reliable vehicle, good communication skills (verbal and written), and positive attitude are a must. Must be certified in least 5 inspection disciplines by ACI, ICBO, ICC, AWS, ASNT, NICET, WABO or by other qualified national authorities as appropriate to the work. Nuclear Gauge training certificate a plus. Candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant field experience in the special inspection industry.
