ORA Feature Project

HARVARD & HIGHLAND CONDOMINIUMS

This project involved construction of five luxury condominium buildings (95,000 square feet) with 39 units over two parking levels. The buildings comprised of steel frames with concrete walls and slabs. ORA was engaged to provide testing and inspection services of the following items:

• PT Prestressed Concrete

• Seismic Tie Installation

• Shotcrete

• Steel Stair Erection

• Structural Steel Erection

• Tieback Grout Strength

• Lateral Framing

• Brick Veneer

• Expansion Anchor Installation
